By collaborating with government entities, private sector leaders, academic institutions, community supporting organizations and key ecosystem enablers, we build a thriving ecosystem that strengthens women’s entrepreneurship and directly supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals and UAE national priorities.
Through these strategic partnerships, we fund early projects that enable participants to develop creative, impactful social and business enterprises, turning ideas into impactful ventures. This funding not only supports participant’s growth but also contributes to the UAE’s economic development and reinforces the vital role of women in shaping a prosperous, inclusive future.

Through both financial and in-kind contributions, our partners play a vital role in enabling the continued growth and impact of the e7 Banat Program. With its strategic focus on women’s social and business entrepreneurship, the e7 program bridges the gap between the UAE’s social development and economic development agendas.
Every year, e7 Banat Program incubates the most promising startups and provides them with the training, resources, and opportunities to grow and make an impact. The selected participants will be offered learning and development, mentorship and coaching, as well as networking and access to funding. It’s a unique chance for ambitious young women entrepreneurs to develop their innovative ideas for social impact into a sustainable business and social enterprises.

As of 2020, e7 Program incubated 32 social and business enterprises focusing on social challenges such as women financial literacy, enhancing opportunity for the less fortunate, supporting people of determination, mental wellbeing, women leadership and family cohesion, and sustainable environment.

IN THE WORDS OF OUR PARTNERS
Emirates NBD is deeply committed to our local community, and our ability to support and empower the community in which we serve is extremely important, it has been our pleasure to partner with Promise of a Generation to help launch the first year of e7 – Daughters of the Emirates. Working together, e7 is engaging with young women who are emerging leaders to deliver community impact projects for the seven emirates. 
I want the e7 participants to never underestimate their capabilities. I'm so proud to be affiliated with this wonderful initiative. I only wish this would have existed when I was their age. Vice Chairperson and Managing Director at Emirates Growth Fund.
Our region has talented young women and it is in our interest to identify them and offer them an opportunity to intern with CNN. We are excited to welcome the e7 interns and are proud to be able to offer this opportunity as it diversifies our workplace and allows us to play an active role in the enrichment of the community. 
In our first year, when we all worked tirelessly to launch the startup, everyone took on multiple roles – working 24/7 pre-launch. There were moments of angst, but also laughter and delight. We ended the launch weekend knowing that e7 would positively impact our young mentees and contribute to the community. Of course, the spa afternoon and a very late hot pot dinner were fun! This sisterhood has sustained us through so much over the years, and I am eternally grateful. 
I had told Adela about my work with the girls20 Summit; and we just decided let’s go. We envisioned a 1-day basic event, but it turned into a yearlong program as we included more and more dedicated women. It was a truly magical journey and still is after the 4th cycle!
