e7 program attracts and nurtures young passionate women and invests in social enterprises that demonstrate a clear ability to deliver sustainable social impact.
e7 Daughters of the Emirates, الإمارات بنات, is a year-long program that brings together young women ages 18-25 to build leadership skills while creating team projects that benefit our community in the UAE.
برنامج إ7: بنات الإمارات، المبادرة الرائدة التي أطلقتها منظمة وعد الأجيال، هو برنامج ممتد لعام واحد يجمع الفتيات اللاتي تتراوح أعمارهن ما بين 18 و25 سنة لبناء المهارات القيادية لديهن مع إقامة مشروعات جماعية تعود بالنفع على مجتمعنا في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
This annual program kicks off with the e7 Girls Summit in September, a 4-day networking and development experience focused on Inspiration, Training, Connection & Commitment.
The Summit is the catalyst that facilitates team-driven initiatives to benefit the community; fulfilling the UAE leaders’ vision of encouraging women to contribute to society.
وتنطلق فعاليات هذا البرنامج السنوي بقمة برنامج إ7 في سبتمبر، وهي تجربة تستمر فعالياتها 4 أيام تشجّع على التواصل وتنمية المهارات فيما بين المشاركات وترتكز على الإلهام والتدريب والتواصل والالتزام. وتمثّل هذه القمة الحافز الذي يسهل إطلاق مبادرات تقودها الفرق لصالح المجتمع؛ بما يحقق رؤية قادة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لتشجيع النساء على المشاركة في المجتمع.
As daughters of the Emirates, participants will represent their respective Emirate during the year-long program including at the Summit.

When I came back to the Emirates, I realized there was a gap between nationals and non-nationals, I wasn’t sure why the gap existed, but I wanted to build a bridge.
