Rooted in the spirit of sisterhood, e7 Daughters of the Emirates – Banat Al Emarat Program is driven by women, supported by women, and guided by mentors and partners who share a common vision to inspire women leadership and drive sustainable social impact across the Emirates.

Designed by the e7 community to champion women leadership, the program train and provide young women with the tools, mentorship, and safe space to lead impactful community projects that align with national values and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

e7 Banat Al Emarat is the UAE’s pioneering women’s leadership platform, strategically centered on entrepreneurship, community sisterhood, and measurable social impact, in harmony with the UN SDGs and national priorities, including “We the UAE 2031.”

e7 program projects are centered on benefiting communities by addressing key social priorities through foundational pillars: Culture and Heritage, Women’s Leadership and Family, Education and Careers, Enhancing Opportunities for Under Privileged, Environment and Health and AI Technology Innovation.

e7 Young Women Entrepreneurship for Social Impact aims to deploy and launch impactful solutions that create positive lasting social, digital, cultural, and economic impact across the UAE.

e7 Banat Al Emarat Program: Empowering Women to Innovate, Lead, and Transform Ideas into SMEs

At the heart of the e7 Banat Women Leadership Incubator Accelerator Program is a strategic mission: to enable the next generation of changemakers with future-ready skills and work readiness.

We equip young women across the UAE with the leadership mindset, entrepreneurial capabilities, and collaborative sisterhood needed to co-develop high-impact projects that evolve into purpose-driven, socially conscious SMEs.

Through a structured ecosystem of mentorship, market-ready training, strategic advisory, access to funding, and a strong cross-sector network, e7 trains participants to develop social and business enterprises that address social priorities and deliver positive measurable impact.

Young women ages 18 to 25 years old can apply 

e7 Program priorities Emirati nationals and long-standing residents committed to high-impact university projects or their own initiatives. We support participants in bringing their social and business entrepreneurial ideas to life through training, mentorship, access to funding and a wider network of e7 ecosystem.

We are looking for energetic participants providing innovative solutions to address social challenges aligned with e7 values and core pillars.

Participants join the e7 Banat ecosystem as passionate young women committed to addressing societal priorities across their communities. With a shared drive for research, innovation, and social advancement, each participant contributes to a collaborative environment shaped by sisterhood, mutual accountability, and collective leadership.

Within this incubator of ideas, participants co-develop solutions that respond to societal priorities, guided by integrity, assigned mentors and a clear ambition to build ventures that uplift communities and expand opportunities across the UAE.

At the core of the e7 approach is a culture of collaboration and long-term connection, an ecosystem designed to sustain connections, impact, strengthen community bonds, and ensure every project contributes to a lasting legacy of social progress.

Applicants seeking admission to join e7 Banat Program must meet the following minimum criteria:

The Statement of Purpose letter should clearly outline the applicant’s motivations for wishing to commit for social initiatives, as well as any prior achievements that will demonstrate promise for success in their initiatives. It is recommended that prospective participants include the following information in their Statement of Purpose:

  • An introduction about yourself, your interests and your motivations to be part of e7 program.
  • The reasons for applying to your chosen core pillars of e7 program.
  • What you hope to gain during your journey and any specific issues you wish to address.
  • Your personal and professional aspirations and how you think this program will help you achieve them.
  • How your previous team project and work experience, where applicable, relate to address social challenges and e7 core pillar you have chosen.
  • Other matters you consider important and relevant to your application.
  • Passport-style photograph on a white background. 
  • Copy Valid UAE national ID card (for nationals and long-term residents currently residing in the UAE).
